Natasha Chalmers developed a passion for cultured cashew cheeses when she became plant-based 11 years ago.  Since then, Natasha and her husband Damian have built and grown their brand Maple & Manchester Fauxmagerie from their shop in Kelowna, British Columbia. 

Quality ingredients and sustainability have been a focus in product creation along with complex flavours while using more traditional methods of fermentation. In addition to cultured cashew cheeses, Maple & Manchester Fauxmagerie also offers cashew-based sauces, and a variety of cashew cheesecakes.  

A retired Lieutenant of the Royal Canadian Air Force, Natasha has also worked as an epicure, wine, and travel journalist for Vancouver Living Magazine. A busy life isn’t new for Natasha as she manages six children, while running a business, creating new recipes, and living life to the fullest!
