HOW IT WORKS

Place your order by 11:59PM Sunday to have it delivered by the following Friday.

The delivery is across Canada for most products.  Some exclusions may apply.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Refunds for products purchased from us will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us directly as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package before opening as well as the damage to the piece itself. If applicable, we can arrange a refund (less the shipping costs) or a replacement.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders are packed with great care using eco-friendly materials that are 100% Recyclable.

Please be mindful that shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 or the holiday season. We ask that when ordering you take this into account. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for these delays. 

We do not ship internationally. Within Canada only.

We understand that sometimes we want to give that gift of goodness! If you want to order in bulk, please contact us here, and we can arrange an order for you.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND GIFT BOXES TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

Want to send a Gifts of Goodness box to more than one location? Make sure to place separate orders and indicate the shipping address for each one.
